It comes one day after schools across England reopened on Monday, March 8, as the first lockdown measures were eased.
Schools across the city started gradually welcoming back students to lessons from Monday with pupils being invited in to take two lateral flow tests last week with a third to follow this week.
These tests are then advised to be followed by twice-weekly tests at home using home testing kits.
