That’s exactly what we have got for you as we look back at memories of pie and pea suppers, Maws pies and even a pie eating competition in Sunderland!
Why are we focusing on mouth-watering food? Because British Pie Week starts on Monday, March 1 and we want to get our teeth into some local memories.
So take a look at these scenes from Grangetown, Barmston, Villette Road, High Barnes and Pennywell.
