Christine said: “Jessica and I both love children and there’s lots of confusion for them at the minute. We wanted to do this book to help children understand what’s going on a bit more and know they are not alone.
“The idea to donate 20% to the NHS was there from the very beginning. We wanted to find a way to support them in any we could. They are all heroes.”
Jessica, who is originally from Liverpool, moved to Washington eight years ago with her daughter Jasmine and has been inspired by how communities have come together during the crisis.
