For uninterrupted views of the Northern Spire, Liberty Brown can't be beaten. The street food garden downstairs is also ideal for drinks in the sunshine. Photo: JPI Media
2. Stack, Seaburn
Work was delayed on Stack due to lockdown, but it's hoped the container village will be able to open in summer instead of its intended opening date of spring. Photo: Submitted
