Ambassadors take to the slopes
The scheme will see 18 talented skiers represent Snowsport England and competitive skiing at artificial slopes across the country, with the aim of recognising their talent, as well as allowing them to inspire the next generation of skiers.
Launched at the Ravens Ski Club National Race Weekend, a selection of ambassadors joined Snowsport England representatives to celebrate the launch alongside some competitive racing for all levels – from national athletes through to racing novices.

Hide AdTania Barton, Snowsport England Director, said: “These young athletes will not only perform valuable logistical roles at the artificial slopes, they will also act as role models for younger skiers and hopefully inspire them to train hard on their local dry slopes and stay involved in the competitive skiing scene.”
The Snowsport England Dry Slope Ambassadors include three members of Ravens Ski Club in Sunderland, Lois Jackson (U16), Millie Jackson (U18) and Rory Farren (U21).
