John Paul Strother, 28, of Everest Grove, Boldon, was jailed for 12 weeks after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £122 surcharge.
Kenneth Youles, 34, of High Street, Easington Lane, pleaded guilty to charges of driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, failing to surrender to the court and possession of amphetamine. He was also found guilty of another charge of driving whilst disqualified and of driving without insurance and two charges of making off without paying or fuel. He was given a 24-month community order, fined £200, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £75.99 in compensation.

Hide AdJamie Rafter, 27, of Tatham House, Sunderland, was jailed for 14 days after he admitted failing to comply with a post sentence supervision order.
Brian Leslie Barry, 76, of Edgemond Court, Sunderland, pleaded guilty to a breach of a sexual harm prevention order by deleting internet history. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
Darlington Okpoji, 27, of Croft Avenue, Sunderland, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to assault. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 surcharge.
Malcolm Fenwick, 49, of Queensway, Houghton, was fined £53 for failing to carry out repair work at his home when ordered to by Sunderland City Council. He was told to pay costs of £150 and a £30 surcharge.

Hide AdArmford Legal Ltd, of Mill Hill, Houghton, was fined £440 for failing to provide the identification of a driver to the police. It was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £44 surcharge.
Connor Thomas Darwin, 25, of Malvern Crescent, Seaham, was fined £70 after admitting speeding. He was told to pay a £30 surcharge and was given three penalty points.
Mykal King, 30, of Warwick Street, Sunderland, was fined £70 after pleading guilty to speeding and was given three penalty points and told to pay a £30 surcharge.
Selena Marlene Smith, 39, of Station Road, Hetton, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined £70, ordered to pay £30 costs and given three penalty points.

Elaine Turner, 41, of Pickhurst Road, Sunderland, was fined £40 after admitting having an unlicensed vehicle. She was ordered to pay £77.92 back duty and £85 costs.Matthew Gary Maddison, 23, of Welfare Crescent, South Hetton, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle which was in a dangerous condition. He was also found guilty of failing to produce a test certificate. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge and was given three penalty points.
