Brenda Bilton, 58, of Raby Close, Houghton, received six penalty points on her driving licence and was ordered to pay an £180 fine, £30 victim surcharge and £310 prosecution costs after she was convicted of failing to provide information leading to the identity of a driver on June 14, 2019.
Danielle Dixon, 34, of The Crescent, Silksworth, Sunderland, received eight penalty points on her driving licence and was ordered to pay a £162 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £200 costs after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so on April 27.

Hide AdCurtis Moore, 28, of Beverley Court, Washington, was ordered to complete 180 unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay £560 compensation and £410 costs after admitting assault occasioning actual bodily harm, criminal damage using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on April 23.
David Paul Atkinson, 25, of Jacques Street, Sunderland, received an 18-week jail term, which was suspended for 18 months, was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay a £360 fine, £55.88 compensation and £128 victim surcharge after he admitted two charges each of driving off without paying for fuel, driving while disqualified and without insurance between June 5-October 9.
Dionne Dixon, 30, of Ridley Terrace, Sunderland, received a community order and was ordered to pay £120 compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting assault on December 7.
Bradley John Davis, 33, of Woodham Drive, Sunderland, received six penalty points on his licence and was ordered to pay a £286 fine, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting speeding on December 19, 2019.
