Today, Monday, July 27, Dominic Robson, of Birchwood, in South Hylton, Sunderland, will appear before South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court after he was charged with manslaughter.
Meanwhile, officers have asked anyone who witnessed the disturbance on the night of July 10 to get in touch as investigations continue.

Hide AdDetective Sergeant Katrina Moore, of Northumbria Police, said Jordan’s family had been devasted by what has happened and added: “these past two weeks have been a living nightmare for them.”
She said: “We still need to hear from anyone who may have witnessed what happened so if you can help then please get in touch.”
Jordan's family have asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.
The funding page has described Jordan as a “lovely quiet man.”
