These six care homes in Sunderland have all been assessed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and classified as ‘outstanding’ following their most recent inspection.
The CQC rates each care home separately on safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and leadership. The full reports can be viewed on the CQC website here.
1. Belle Vue House
Belle Vue House residential care home on Mowbray Close, Sunderland, was rated as outstanding overall by the CQC following an inspection in February 2020. 2. Falstone Court
Falstone Court on Cliffe Park, Whitburn Road, Sunderland, was rated overall as outstanding by the CQC following an inspection in October 2020.
