Hide AdSpennymoor had the chance to reduce the deficit on 84 minutes, but Easington goalkeeper Kyle Donaldson first saved Ross Morrow’s penalty and then the same player’s follow-up shot.
With a minute remaining, the Colliers cemented a 5-0 win as man-of-the-match Devlin completed his hat-trick.
Easington will entertain West Auckland in the quarter-finals.
