Yeovil v Hartlepool United: Bird, Compton, Dolan will not haunt Pools
One certainly won’t be doing Pools any damage at Huish Park given Jack Compton, a summer departure from Victoria Park is injured.
But Yeovil boss Paul Sturrock is almost certain to include former Pools and Boro midfielder, Matty Dolan, plus striker Ryan Bird, who scored twice in six loan apperarances for Pools last season before being recalled by Cambridge.

“It can put something extra into a game, but none of them have anything to prove,” said Moore.
“Birdy did well on loan for us.
“I tried to sign him in the summer, but at that stage we couldn’t cope with the wages his agent was looking at so he moved there, that’s why we missed out.
“Compton has done well at times, not so well at others.
“I know he probably won’t play against us because he’s injured.

Throw in defender Stephen Arthurworrey, who played for Moore at Tranmere, and the match has plenty of reunions.
“We know one or two of them,” added Moore. “Not just Birdy, Compton and Dolan.
“I had Arthurworrey at Tranmere when he was at West Brom.”
