Over a fortnight has passed since chief executive Jim Rodwell confirmed that a planned meeting with RAWA and other fan groups would be postponed owing to the advancement of takeover talks.
It was subsequently revealed that Juan Sartori and Kyril Louis-Dreyfus were in advanced talks over a deal to purchase a majority share in the club, with some claims that a deal could be done by the start of December.

And RAWA have now called on the club to provide an update on the sale process – with fans becoming increasingly frustrated with the Black Cats’ on and off-field struggles.
Sunderland are now five games without a win in all competitions, with pressure mounting on manager Phil Parkinson over both results and the style of play.
Indeed, the fan group says that the standards supporters expect of their club are ‘nowhere near being met’ at present.

"We'll ask to reschedule the meeting that was postponed if nothing is imminent.
"Fans are angry and have been more than patient. The standards we expect of SAFC on and off the pitch are nowhere near being met”
Sunderland are yet to publicly comment on the Sartori/Louis-Dreyfus deal.
