A number of other clubs are keeping tabs on him including League One rivals Doncaster Rovers plus League Two sides Swindon Town and Newport County.
Bristol Live report: “Semenyo has been City's designated home-developed player in their matchday squad and has made nine appearances across the season but has failed to make a consistent impact and could benefit from time away from BS3.
“City head coach Lee Johnson has admitted he wants to trim his squad in January but Semenyo's destination will also be strategic with the club, through loans manager Brian Tinnion, identifying exactly the best home for him to enhance his development.

“The other question it presents to City is who to have in the squad as the club-developed player, as EFL rules dictate every team must have at least one in the matchday 18.”
